Let me share a bit about myself and why I'm so passionate about what I do. I've spent over 20 years in the field, working as a pharmacist in both the pharmaceutical and biotech environments. Throughout my career, I've had the incredible opportunity to be involved in every stage of drug development, from groundbreaking early clinical research to the exhilarating moment of launching life-saving medications into the market. It's been a wild ride! With all my experiences, I've come to deeply appreciate the unique insights I've gained along the way. That's why I've created Talmedica. It's the result of years of hard work, building an extensive network in the industry and accumulating a wealth of knowledge and passion for science. My goal? Bring and develop more medical leaders into the industry. As an accomplished leader in both US and Global medical affairs, I've had the privilege of working on a diverse range of drugs and biologics. From the early stages of research and development to mid- to late life-cycle management, I've seen it all. I've also had the honor of leading medical affairs teams, helping to educate clinicians, patients, and others involved in our complex healthcare ecosystem. But here's the best part: I'm not here to just talk about my own successes. Throughout this journey, I've learned what worked, what didn't work, and how to manage through all the highs and lows of my own career.
